I'll credit its surprisingly-humanistic characters, plus just. Lost Planet 3, by comparison, left more of an impression on me. But the hacking/routing mechanic is cool, and the movement/combat unexpectedly slap-stick-y, so I had a good-enough time with it.
Not particularly resonant stuff, all told. The dialogue certainly has this enjoyably-dry wit to it, but overall, the story itself is largely just one of corporate espionage between arms manufacturers. Gunpoint left less of an impression on me than I expected it to, honestly. Either way, I can now see why folks trash this one. Star Trek: Bridge Crew was a gift from a friend who has just recently gotten into both Star Trek and VR. That's the core of the game, and it's great. You guide a ball across a screen there's chill visuals and music. Nightsky is also a 2D platformer, but puzzle-focused instead. It does the stealth gameplay excellently, too. I've always had difficulty taking on 2D platformers that have a fighting element, but this game is slick and smooth in the control department. This month was pretty much just defined by me fighting tooth-and-nail to get a positive number on that completion counter after some unexpected game pick-ups (both purchases and.
